Creative Action

Being and becoming who we are involves recognising and letting go of dated life scripts that do not serve us, as protagonists of a unique personal journey.

We are social creatures so, of course, other people have roles to play in our journey, just as we play roles in theirs, and Humanity role-plays with Nature and the Cosmos. Yet, nothing and nobody truly replaces us in the legitimate protagonist role we have in our own life – even when it seems like we are not inhabiting this role, it is solely and ultimately ours to play.

Creative action-methods nurture our true, spontaneous, potential-fulfilling-able selves. They promote insight, expression, connection and realisation, by facilitating embodied and mindful agency, safe catharsis, reparation, and preparation for future action.

This website is a 2-way gate and a bridge between you, and the following action-methods:

Psychodrama – the individual drama, re-visited either in group or one-to-one psychotherapy.

Sociodrama – the drama of a group, organisation, community, and society as a whole.

Playback Theatre – improvised re-enactment of true personal stories, shared within a group or by a theatre audience.
